Benjamin A. Pushner has more than 25 years of experience handling all kinds of personal injury matters in the state and federal courts of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Ben has tried numerous cases to jury verdicts, on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. He has worked as a staff attorney for an insurance company as well as for a regional plaintiffs’ personal injury firm, and has settled hundreds of cases in advance of trial, through negotiation, arbitration, and mediation.
