Marasco & Nesselbush achieves $800,000 for auto-accident victim who sustained multiple orthopedic injuries. Our client was driving on a Connecticut highway when a car crossed over the grass median and struck her car head on. She was rushed to the hospital where she was diagnosed with multiple injuries including a dislocated hip, punctured lung, and broken ribs, hand, ankle, and lower leg. She needed surgery on her hand, but never recovered full function and was left with chronic pain. The injuries to her leg and hip require her to rely on a cane.
The Marasco & Nesselbush litigation team lead by associate attorney Jane Duket proved the full extent of our client’s loss. We demonstrated that our client was fully disabled for eight months and will remain partially disabled, due to her cane and limited hand function, for the rest of her life. Our client’s disability precluded her from returning to her strenuous prior employment. Thankfully, the litigation team was able to persuade the defendant to agree upon the settlement prior to litigation.
We are grateful for the opportunity to have assisted our client through these troubling times and to have recovered a settlement that we hope will provide financial security and improve her quality of life. In appreciation for the legal care provided, our client and her husband expressed their gratitude stating …”We are 100% grateful and satisfied with the service we received from everyone that worked on my case. God bless. Thank you very much!”
