Marasco & Nesselbush recovers $2 million wrongful death settlement on behalf of our client’s family. Our client was a patient at a local hospital where the inadequate care she received led to her tragic and premature demise.

Through expert testimony, they were able to establish that while their client was entrusted in the care of the hospital, she did not receive adequate treatment. Most notably, the experts opened that the client was over medicated and improperly monitored.
