Jane R. Duket is a parnter with Marasco & Nesselbush. A native of Newton, MA, Jane works with clients who are injured, frustrated, and overwhelmed. She and the other attorneys at Marasco & Nesselbush assist clients during this vulnerable time, advocating for their needs and making sure that in the end, they achieve the best possible resolution for each client’s situation.
Jane has dedicated her legal career to representing medical malpractice victims and personal injury clients. As an advocate for the injured and disabled, Jane works alongside her clients to achieve the best outcome for them and their families.
Prior to attending law school, Jane worked as a child advocate in the Boston area. During this period of her career, she recognized how many people were unable to advocate for themselves and their families, needing assistance, but not knowing where to turn.
She is licensed to practice law in the State of RI and COmmonwealth of MA as well as licensed to practice in the US district court, district of RI and district of MA. She is amemebr of the RIBA, and the RI women’s bar association and is on the board of governors of the RI association for Justice.
