Mark H. Grimm is the Senior Trial Counsel with Marasco & Nesselbush, with more than 35 years of experience. Throughout his legal career, Mark has focused on civil litigation, primarily practicing in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice. A native of Dewitt, NY, Mark has always wanted a career where his work makes a difference in people’s lives.

Mark graduated with honors from Brown University in 1980 and from Boston College School of Law in 1984. He also served as an Adjunct Professor in Medical and Legal Malpractice at Roger Williams University. He is admitted to the practice of law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals. Mark is a respected member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Rhode Island Association for Justice and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Additionally, Mark has been named to the Thomson Reuters list of Super Lawyers based on peer recognition and professional achievement and named a “Best Lawyer” by the U.S. News & World Report.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys playing keyboard in a local band, traveling with his family and water skiing.
